Gabriele Volz is a proven expert in corporate positioning and the management of integration processes. Volz looks back on more than 25 years of professional experience in the financial services and real estate industry, including 12 years as Managing Director of Wealthcap.

Mrs. Volz has a track record of more than 10 billion euros in transaction volume and was most recently responsible for assets under management worth around 34 billion Euros.

Sebastian Braun is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and shareholder of the medium-sized investment company Braun Beteiligungs GmbH (BBG).

In this function, he has built up a broadly diversified portfolio, in particular developing several companies from the pharmaceutical sector into global players with sales in the billions.

Mr. Braun is a member of the board of the Bundesverband der Pharmazeutischen Industrie e.V. (BPI) and is also active in the advisory board of Deutsche Bank.

Holger Schulz is a tax consultant and sole director of the Vaillant Family Office. There he has built an extensive investment portfolio and serves on the supervisory boards of various companies, also in the property sector.

Martin Luley is managing director of Brose Trust GmbH, a company operating as a single family office. In this function, he is responsible for a broadly diversified asset portfolio, which includes capital market investments as well as real estate and direct investments.

Mr. Luley is active in various companies as an advisory and supervisory board member. Before joining Brose Trust, he was KVG managing director and head of portfolio management equities for Metzler Investment, among others.
