A modern office campus is being built near the capital's airport BER, which will be complemented by shops, restaurants and a hotel. Public transport connections are excellent: From the S-Bahn station Waßmansdorf across the road, it is only a 5-minute ride to the BER terminal and a 30-minute ride to Alexanderplatz.
