Frankfurt am Main, 6 February 2024Â - CORESIS Management GmbH from Bad Homburg v.d.H. - a company of aam2core Holding AG - which specialises in real estate investments for institutional and high-net-worth private investors, is starting the new year with a new name: Since 12 January 2024, the company has been operating under the name aam2core Service GmbH. With the renaming and the standardised market presence, the company is implementing the successfully completed fusion with aam2core Holding AG.
Since the fusion with aam2core Holding in October 2022, CORESIS has worked continuously with the holding company to optimise internal processes. The change of name is therefore a final step and, in addition to increasing efficiency, also serves to ensure a uniform brand identity.
For Stefan de Greiff, Member of the Management Board of aam2core, the change of name is a logical step: "We are delighted that we can now formalise the successful path we have taken since the merger with the change of name. This creates clarity in the market and for our customers. Our strong competitive advantages in the commercial, residential and logistics property market will be decisive for our further growth."
