Around 14 months after taking over the portfolio and launching the new brand "Die Zimmerei", aam2core and Reos have succeeded in fully letting the properties of a special property fund held by the Bayrische Versorgungskammer (BVK).

Frankfurt, 24.10.2023, Due to comprehensive digital marketing measures such as the development of a new target group-oriented brand, the efficient online rental process and a free tenant app, Reos and aam2core have succeeded in achieving full occupancy of the properties in the portfolio within a year. The marketing utilises a customised communication strategy including a website created specifically for the brand as well as targeted online marketing activities.
The communication concept of the "DIE ZIMMEREI" brand was also honoured with the coveted Immobilienmanager Award in the "Communication" category in spring 2023. aam2core as asset and investment manager and Reos as digital property manager took over the portfolio in July 2022.
The portfolio under management comprises eleven properties with a total of almost 3,200 units - mostly micro-living flats - and a total lettable area of around 85,000 sqm. The properties are located in Hamburg, Berlin, Dresden, Bayreuth, Cologne, Potsdam, Frankfurt, Mainz, Munich and Vienna. In addition to commercial and technical property management, Reos realises the fully digital initial letting and re-letting. All vacant residential units are available via a transparent five-stage online letting process.
The special fund launched by Universal Investment invests primarily in micro-apartments, in particular student flats in university cities in the D-A-CH region, which continue to have solid economic fundamentals. The fund is aiming for a total volume of 1 billion euros.
