aam2core takes over asset management mandate for property fund of Kreissparkasse Heilbronn

Frankfurt am Main / Heilbronn, 12. June 2025 - aam2core Holding AG is taking over the asset management for properties in a property fund of Kreissparkasse Heilbronn.


The Frankfurt-based asset and investment manager secured the contract in a restricted tender. The property fund consists of properties in the residential and commercial asset classes located in Heilbronn and the surrounding area. The property fund is managed by Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH.
