Frankfurt am Main/Wuppertal, July 23, 2026 – Investment and asset manager aam2core has leased a contiguous office space of approximately 1,200 m² at Ohligsmühle 1-11 and Alexanderstraße 1 in Wuppertal to an internationally operating American industrial company.

The building is centrally located in the Elberfeld district of Wuppertal, directly in the Ohligsmühle area and thus in close proximity to the city center. The location benefits from excellent public transport connections: the Ohligsmühle suspension railway station and several bus lines are within walking distance. The main train station is just a few minutes away by car.
