aam2core expands management team: Alexander Rotter becomes Head of Asset Management Residential

Frankfurt am Main, June 25, 2025 – aam2core Holding AG has appointed Alexander Rotter as the new Head of Asset Management Residential, effective July 1, 2025.
In this role, he and Thilo Jung, Head of Asset & Property Management, assume overall responsibility for the strategic management and operational implementation of the Residential division. The new dual leadership underscores the central importance of this segment to the company's strategy.
Alexander Rotter joined aam2core in May 2021 and most recently served as Executive Director Asset Management. With his promotion, he now assumes a central role in the integrated management of asset management.
A business graduate (FH) and Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), he has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Before joining aam2core, he held positions as authorized signatory and Head of Asset Management at BUWOG Immobilien Management GmbH. Further positions have included CORESTATE Capital Advisors and Jones Lang LaSalle.
